Friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern room with a great shower, free secure WiFi, laundromat one block away. Good food options within a very short walk — aside from all the burger chains there's El Cafecito next door and Little Mexico Chiquito across the street, both excellent. Right on top of a bus route that runs every 10-15 minutes during the day, though it's worse at night. Within the constraints of the location, they're doing a heck of a job.

I stayed here in December. I had requested a handicap accessible room. The bathroom was very spacey, beautiful large mirror! The room was all fairly roomy--and clean!!! I had asked the front desk, who I believe were also the owners, if a friend could leave their car parked there while we took my car and they said yes without hesitation. Staff was friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated. The lighting was amazing, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is very clean with housekeeping coming every day to remove the garbage, swap out the towels, and tidy up the bed. There is a Burger King next to the hotel and a boba + donut store within walking distance. There is also a bus stop right outside and plenty of Uber drivers nearby so you don't need to rent a car. They also let me check in a few hours early which is nice. The mini fridge and microwave also came in handy. The hotel is a bit far from downtown which is not the most convenient but also directly translates to savings.

A basic hotel experience with not many additional flourishes but everything they did have was clean and worked well. The guy checking us in was quick and no additional hidden costs outside of a 10 dollar deposit for their remote thing (which was given back with no prompting when we checked out). Definitely worth the money and I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful couple who runs it. Very nice and willing to help. The room is a bit bare on amenities but they'll help you if you need something like a coffee maker in the room and you tell them ahead of time.

The location was very nice and calm. There was a Burger King right next door, convenient for a quick breakfast. The room was very clean and stayed cool throughout the night. The staff were very nice and accommodating to our late arrival around midnight.

Room was updated, with vinyl plank floors, a nice bathroom and shower. Bed was comfortable, and that's mainly why we needed a room. The only time we spent there was while we slept. We didn't use the tv, so can't comment on that. Before we booked we noticed several reviews mentioned concerns about the surrounding area. It struck us as just like any other urban working class neighborhood -- nothing to fret over. But if such observations worry you, the hotel is arranged like a fortress, with an entry passageway and then all the rooms surrounding the parking lot.

I had to do a photoshoot for a client about 2 miles from Crystal Palace and found it to be the highest rated facility in the area. Note: The surrounding town is not exactly an upscale area in general and this a motel, not a luxury hotel. But I felt safe, and the facilities were spotless. Every time I went outside there were people cleaning everything from the staircase banners to the door handles, etc. And my room was also spotless as well as spacious. I have stayed in fancy hotels that were not as comfortable. This place plus Door Dash made for a very pleasant experience. Any time I am required to stay in the area I will return to the Crystal Palace.
